What I love about Chinese Medicine is the way it looks at the body and mind as a whole. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we explore how different aspects of your health, history, and lifestyle connect. For many, it can feel like the first time they’re really being listened to and understood. Seemingly unrelated symptoms often link together, and Chinese Medicine helps us make sense of why the body is responding as it is.

Before beginning treatment, I always take time for a full intake. This allows me to understand your health history and create a complete picture of what’s going on. Sometimes acupuncture is the right approach, and sometimes I may recommend it alongside conventional medicine or other holistic therapies. Either way, this first step is essential - it’s where the real healing begins.
